Our heroes are discovering that they are meant for more: “do you ever have the feeling that you are meant to do something extraordinary?” Peter finds himself in the hospital, Nathan tells him that he wanted to commit suicide. Nathan denies that he can fly, and says that its just crazy talk.

Claire reads in the news paper about a mysterious man who saved an other man’s life from a fire(the mysterious man being Claire). Clair talks to Noah wanting to meet her birthparents.

Hiro teleports himself to Times square in New York city. He finds a comic book which shows what he did at the office and that he teleported himself to Times Square. He decides to talk to the author(Isaac).

Nikki drops of her boy at her friend, thinking that someone is after her and wants to kill her.

Jackie says to the officer that she saved the man in the fire, so she gets all the credit(she will regret it later).

When Hiro arrives to Isaac’s appartment he will find a gun and blood on the floor. He will see that Isaac was murdered. The police starts questioning him, and when they look out the window the see a huge mass of exploding waves going towards them. Hire teleports himself out of there.

Peter climbs up again to a building and wants to jump again. Nathan tries to talk him out of it, but then tells him the truth.

A random group of individuals emerges who find out that they have super powers, each of them having a unique power, capability.

Each of the main characters is presented, the episode starts with Peter standing on top of a tall building ready to jump.

Mohinder installs himself in his new apartment, and Nikki is stripping on cam for money. Claire shoots a video of herself jumping off a bridge and breaking every bone, and showing that she can instantly heal herself.

Hiro succeeds to stop time for a second in his office.

Peter and Mohinder will meet in a cab not knowing each other(Mohinder being the cab driver) and they have a philosophical chat about life.

Nikki finds out that she has an evil alter-ego who is a murderer and can rip people apart.

Isaac overdoses, Peter will find a painting of him flying which was made by Isaac. The movie will end with the starting sequence: with Peter standing on top of the building, eventually he will jump, and his brother, Nathan will fly and grab him, but Peter slips and falls.

JD and Turk resuscitate a cameraman, and by this they become local heroes. Dr.Kelso gets them to make more publicity for the hospital. JD makes his own evaluation, because dr.Cox says he doesn’t have time to do it. Eventually dr.Cox will explain why he told JD to evaluate himself and he will do the evaluation. As usual JD has a conflict with the Janitor, who thinks JD took something from him.

The second pilot for “Lost”. Jack, along with the Charlie and Kate, returns to the beach camp with the transceiver they’ve found. Sayid, a former military communications officer, gets the transceiver working but tells the others he can get better reception if they head to higher ground. When they get to a higher location, they pick up a mysterious broadcast, prompting Charlie to ask the question everybody has been thinking - “Where are we?”

This is the pilot episode for the American drama TV show “Lost”. During a routine trip from Sydney, Australia, to Los Angeles, Oceanic flight 815 is blown off course and crashes on a remote, deserted island. Convinced that rescue is coming soon, the surviving passengers set up camp on the beach and try to make the most of what they think will only be a short time on the island. One of the 48 survivors, Dr. Jack Shephard), suggests that they find the transceiver in the front of the plane so they can radio for help. But when a terrifying howl comes from the jungle, it becomes apparent that this is no ordinary island.

JD’s old university colleague arrives at the hospital.JD feels threatened by him thinking that his university colleague will take his position. Turk freezes on surgery and hides it from Carla. dr,Murdock has to tell a young patient’s parents that the patient will eventually die. Because of this he quits his job.

Turk and Carla finally have sex. JD is assigned to take care of a leading board member at the hospital. At first he expects to see a grumpy old man, but he will find out that it’s a hot…but grumpy chick, with who he will have sex….and eventually find out that she’s dr Cox’s x-wife. Turk and Carla take some time alone, meanwhile Carla’s mom breaks her leg, so she blames Turk for the accident.

JD tells dr. Kelso that the patient who should have had a surgery died. The next day Dr. Cox tells him how moron he was, because now a patient with no insurance can’t get the surgery done. JD gets Elliot to flash her boobs in front of a kid who’s in bad shape. Guess what? the kid gets healed. She starts doing it on more and more patients. Kelso, JD, dr.Cox go to play golf. In the end the old lady who needed the surgery got it. This leads to a more serious conflict between dr.Kelso and dr.Cox

This part begins with Elliot and Carla arguing about something. Their conflict lats during the whole episode. Elliot finds out how bad it is that she didn’t learn spanish. John feels that he’s getting “close” to an old lady. The old lady disapears from her bed, and John will find her in the park with her grand daughter. Till the end of the episode Turk will find himself too “close” to a patient.
