It’s Christmas eve, lots and lots of patients. A guy has been in coma for 2 weeks with no improvement and when JD shows up the guy suddenly wakes up. Turk starts busting JD’s balls saying that a miracle happened. Turk really gets into the Christmas spirit, but he has to work his ass off because of all the patients and gets almost no rest. JD has to film the dr. Cox’s friend’s boy, but he records on a full tape. Cox yells at him, and to make things right he switches the tape. Cox and his wife really connect this time.

When Turk thinks he lost his faith in God he looks at the shining star on the Christmas tree down-town and he runs there saving the youg girl who gives birth to a baby that night.
