JD and turk go to a bar in a night, and Turk tries to hook up JD with a hot chick, but JD blews it, because he has a pain in his right side, and gets to the hospital, not as a doctor, but as a patient. As usual the janitor welcomes him “warmly”.

It turns out he has appendicitis , and that he will be operated by Turk. He’s scared and chooses an other resident to do it, but the situation gets critical and he gets operated by Turk, everything going well.

DR Cox’s mentor gets into the hospital, Kelso hates him but fakes to be nice, in the end Cox’s mentor will admit that Kelso is a jerk.

Elliot finds out the harsh truth: that she’s a great doctor, but her examinations suck.
